We had a trip in Tagaytay. On one of the stopovers we had, I was impressed to see high school students selling different kinds of souvenir. It was like a huge tent where students welcomed the visitors in their cute souvenir stalls. They were selling a lot of things said to be found “Only in Tagaytay.” There was so much to buy, but what caught my attention was the kiosk at the Exit.
A student in his P.E. uniform was selling macapuno while texting. I assumed he was texting since he was like typing on his cellphone. The one thing I noticed was his presence in the kiosk. Or absence for that matter. He was there, but not really there. He was not up to it just like the other kids inside.
